★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konut kısımları pislik icerisinde. Insaat atıkları halen daireler ve bina toplu alanlarinda duruyor. Cok ciddi temizlik sorunu var. Ayrica dairelerin isciligi cok zayıf. Dis cepheleri albenili olmasina rağmen iceriye girince nasil bu kadar özensiz yapılmış şaşılacak şey. İçi bizi dışı eli yakar der gibi..
 Housing parts are in filth. Construction waste still remains in flats and building collective areas. There is a serious cleaning problem. Also, the workmanship of the flats is very weak. Although the exterior facades are attractive, it is a wonder how it was made so careless when you go inside. It's like saying that the inside will burn us out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeni bir proje özelikle mimarisi ve donanımı malze kalitesi çok iyi işçilik aynı kalitede değil 30 kat artı eksi 8 kat yerin altında otopark vs oldukça iyi düşünülmüş.bloklara yetecek oldukça büyük otoparklar mevcut (Ankara soğuğunda sabah aracının buzunu kazimak zorunda değilsiniz) ve AVM ile bağlantılı olması yaya geçişlerinin olması avantaj.her blok M2 ye göre 1+1,2+1 ,3+1,4+1 şeklinde sadece bir blok tamamen home ofis olarak planlanmış mini camisi sosyal alan,metroya yakın olması,Eryaman stadyum un na 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde olması avantajları.catisi açılıp kapanan ilk AVM (başka varsa bilemem ilk gördüğüm bu;Cevahir,kalyon,istinye park ve Zorlu'da görmedim)

In the center of the city, next to the shopping mall. The houses are large and useful. There are security children's playgrounds, very nice. The only flaw is the balconies are not enough in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malzeme kalitesi çok yüksek, işçilik ise malzeme kalitesine göre zayıf kalmış. Evler güzel, kapalı otopark yeterli ve büyük. Avm'ye kapalı otoparktan geçiş bulunması da iyi düşünülmüş. Ferah bir konumu var.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Söğüt inşaatın yapmış olduğu bi site. Almayı düşünen varsa kesinlikle uzak durun. Daha 3 senelik bina tesisattan kaçak su geliyor ve söğüt inşaat çok yavaş müdahale ediyor. Daha 2 ay önce yapılmıştı güya. yine aynı yerlerden kaçak oldu. Bu sefer durum daha kötü. Fotoğrafları ekliyorum umarım fikir edinirsiniz
