The bagel is crispy and with lots of sesame. It is also made on wood fire. Small breakfast items are also of good quality. I'll finish the tea for the smokers. The owner and staff are friendly and very respectable people. There are many bagel shops in Batıkent, and the taste of simit in this place is something else.
