Watch out !!! I bought a ticket from Goreme to Sultanahmet, Istanbul with this company. However, they brought us to a bus station in the outskirts of Istanbul. They hardly gave any explanation and pointed to a another old bus that should bring us to Sultanahmet. Instead, the driver and his friends stopped us in the middle of nowhere just behind a conveniently waiting taxi and they told us to take the taxi to Sultanameht. Me and 6 other passengers refused to step off the bus, since we had paid our tickets up to Sultanahmet. But they will not bring us any further, so we had to walk to the closest tram. Very, very poor service. Avoid Metro as far as possible. 02/21/2013. Attention, very bad service !!!! They sell tickets to Sultanahment from Goreme, but they actually leave you at a lost station at the hand of God, surrounded by agents trying to sell you taxi transportation to your destination. We took the bus service that should have taken us to Sultanahmet and they left us on the street, next to a taxi from their friends to cheat us some good euros. All with the consent of METRO. I will never travel in METRO through Turkey again. There are other less known companies that care more about tourists.
