Valizimi başkasına vermişler valize güvenlik koduda takmıyorlar valizim kaç gündür yok ortada kimi arasam öyle böyle oyalıp cevap vermiyorlar bide utanmadan kim hangi valizi isterse biz o valizi veriyoruz diyorlar bu firma ile daha önce de benzer olayı yaşadık böyle sorumsuz bi firma yok!!!!!

They gave my luggage to someone else, they do not attach it to the security code, my luggage has not been in the middle for many days, they do not respond like this and they do not respond to the bidet without shame, they say that whoever requests which suitcase we give it, we have experienced a similar event with this company before, there is no such irresponsible company !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allah belasını versin otobüste at taşıyorlar sanki. Koridor tarafinda olursanız kolunuzun nikâhını direkt muavine yapın cok yakın ilişkiye giriyor. Ben şahsen kafamı zor kurtardim. Arka koltukta 2 otobusluk eşya taşımak için iğrenç göbekli tipler otobüse doluşuyor. Şu an sanırım Bangladeşteyim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kırşehirden nigdeye yolculuk yaptım 3.5 saatte gitti 1 bardak çay bile vermediler 11.00 de nevşehir terminalinden çıktık 11.30 kadar yol kenarında müşteri bekledik yol kenarında el kaldıran herkese durdular kısaca otobüs firması değil olsa olsa dolmuş firması olur ancak....
I traveled from Kırşehir to nigde, went in 3.5 hours, did not even give 1 cup of tea, we left Nevsehir terminal at 11.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked five tickets for family through Nomad travels, from istanbul to goreme and back. Both times ive received bad service. Seats have duplicate numbers, there are missing numbers and my set 36 was also issued to another passenger with same 36 number.
After picking from goreme, they didn't inform us to change the bus.
If you carry passenger for multiple cities in same bus, tell them how to change bus at main terminal.
Your services are mostly used by tourists, so make sure you employ people who could communicate in English. At least at basic level.
