Melas Resort Hotel

Unconvinient for families with small children and old people since the elevators are between the floors and you have to use stairs all around the hotel, even for the beach and restorant. Beside this, very nice hosts, solid food and super nice and clean rooms

Excellent facilities, excellent service, excellent vacation. Stayed in the resort part for 7 weeks with our 4 yo. She really enjoyed the pools even though in general the place was lacking playgrounds, lots of activities and entertainment for kids.

We spent 9 days here and it's more than enough time to see and experience all the nastiness in this resort. Extremely rude staff/receptionist will shout at your face when you ask questions, caught on video and uploaded in Youtube to warn you all. They water down all the drinks in the restaurant. Dirty beach with lots of plastic straws, cigarrete butts and plastic bags in the sea, you'll feel them on your legs whenever you swim. No aircon in the rooms, only fan!!! Fridge in the room does NOT WORK. Never a cool drink so don't expect anything. I deeply regret choosing Melas resort for our family holiday, don't make the same mistake I did. Obviously I do not recommend this place, especially for families.

I have been in some other hotels in Antalya as well and the food has always been perfect, however, the food here is like a cheap fast food restaurant. Not even worth one star.

Liked: - Freshly renovated rooms - Beautiful view from room 1535. The hotel located on a hill which makes a view to the sea especially pleasant. - Well-groomed area. Beautiful lawn and many flowering trees. Disliked: - Hotel is overcrowded, even in the quarantine times there are not enough places in canteen, beach area and poolside. Especially situation is bad in poolside - people reserve sun loungers by dropping their towel at 6 AM every morning. - Sun loungers are not disinfected! - Beach towels can be changed once in FOUR days free of charge. I seen such service only in 3* hotels. Never seen something like that from 5* hotel. - Food: 95% is a fast-food. People do not keep distance and administration does not care about corona-virus safety measures. This is definitively a serious problem. Also, food is very average. I highly recommend to visit restaurants nearby. We found that food in restaurant "Corbacim" was way better than in hotel. - Room 1535. We booked a sea-view room. Unfortunately, our room was over the canteen which has broken or malfunction extractor fan. We had 5 days in row argument with management of hotel to turn off the kitchen extractor fan. The noise in room was like you're sleeping in 1 meter distance of noisy washing machine. That is definitely not something we expected from 5* hotel. Also, the management was also not very helpful until we invited the hotel manager to our room. As soon as he got to the room he confirmed that there is an issue. Once again - it happened on the fifth day of our stay. Previous 5 day were awful. - Beach is full of underwater rocks and small stones(not shells). This makes really hard to walk in water.

perfect hotel and services but The passengers are very, very old and the programs are very quiet because of them If you are young, you will get tired

Nice service, delicious food. Always smiling personal. Facility is quite large in terms of area. Animations are great. Kids are well played by animaters along the day.

I have enjoyed my stay at your hotel Melas Resort Hotel. The Hotel Room was clean, the price for the accommodation quite fair. The view outside the window was also beautiful. Very friendly customer service, especially from Hasan Kara. The service he provided was outstanding. It made my stay at your hotel more pleasant. I will definitely return again. Please tell him that.
