★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendilierinden 0.3 kalem aldım HB vasıtası ile internetten. Kalem ok güzel balonlu ambalaja sarılmıştı ancak ucunda hafif bir yamukluk vardı. Sanırım dükkanda oluştu? Keşke kontrol etselermiş göndermeden önce. Ulaşmaya çalıştım burada verilen numara ile ancak numara kullanılmamaktadır uyarısı aldım. Fatura da kesilmemiş, bu nedenle başka iletişim için kaynak da bulamadım. Normalde bu kadar az bir yamukluk sorun teşkil etmez ama 0.3 ok ince bir uç olduğundan azıcık bir yamukluk sorun teşkil ediyor ve uç kırıyor. Sanırım mecburen iade edeceğiz. :(
I bought 0.3 pens from them online via HB. The pen arrow was wrapped in a beautiful bubble wrap, but with a slight skew at the tip. I think it occurred in the shop? I wish they would check it before sending. I tried to reach here with the number given here, but I got the warning that the number is not used. The invoice was not issued, so I could not find any other source of communication. Normally such a small skew is not a problem, but since a 0.3 arrow is a thin tip, a small skew is a problem and the tip breaks. I think we will necessarily return. :(
