They are not professional, I would not advise you to trust. I would especially advise those who have business partners and/or job applicants to be careful. Recruitment process management is very bad, I had a bad experience too. After the job interview, I was asked about my salary expectation. A counter-offer was made during the day. I agreed. Two days later, when I questioned the situation, it was said that "a few more candidates have been offered, a selection will be made among those who accept". (This is a recruitment process that I have seen and heard for the first time in my life) I was "selected" as a result of "selection among those who accepted the offer". But the bid amount has been reduced and the offer has been updated, as if making fun of it. Frankly, they left neither enthusiasm nor confidence. I also shared the event with experienced people, the comment of everyone I spoke to was: "No good will come from that company anyway".
