I had the combi boiler cleaned.. Together with the honeycombs.. I couldn't get efficiency.. It broke down.. Service came again.. We couldn't get efficiency again..They don't come again..They didn't issue an invoice..I will complain to the necessary places..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hata veren kombim için servis talep ettim kart arızası dediler. Başka servis çağırdım cihazın hiçbirşeyinin olmadığını gördük 5 dk da çalışır duruma geldi. Hatta söktükleri soketleri doğru düzgün geri takmamışlar. Birde 60 TL servis ücreti aldılar nasıl servisse anlamadım.
I requested service for my faulty combi boiler, they said card failure. I called another service, we saw that the device did nothing, and it became operational in 5 minutes. They didn't even put the sockets they removed back in properly. They also charged 60 TL service fee, I don't understand how it was served.

Servis hizmeti icin oncelikle baymak iletisim hattindan ya da internet uzerinden servis kaydi açıyorsunuz. Merkez size yetkili servislerden birini aktariyor. Randevu saatinde geldiler. Fakat randevu saati araligi genis, 09-12 12-15 gibi. Vaktiniz kisitliysa Servisle telefonla iletisime gecerseniz saat konusunda yardimci olmaya calisiyorlar.
