★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit über 2 Jahren wohnen wir im Nova Residence. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und vor allem sicher. Meiner Meinung, sehr ideal für Familien, unsere Kinder spielen bis Abends vor der Tür, im Park, im Basketballplatz oder am Pool. Auch Haustiere sind hier sehr geliebt und willkommen. Abends, ab einer bestimmten Zeit ist es trotz allem dann sehr ruhig, Flugzeuglärm ist auch nicht störend, obwohl der Flughafen sehr nah ist. Die Mitarbeiter und die Security sind stehts bemüht und hilfreich. Eine bessere Wohnanlage kann ich mir momentan nicht vorstellen.
For over 2 years we live in the Nova Residence. We feel very well here and, above all, safe. In my opinion, very ideal for families, our kids play in the evening, in the park, in the basketball court or by the pool. Also pets are very much loved and welcome here. In the evening, after a certain time, it is very quiet despite everything, aircraft noise is not disturbing, although the airport is very close. The staff and the security are always hard-working and helpful. I can not imagine a better housing estate at the moment.

Özpınarlar has made a difference. The garden walking path activity areas of the site are very successful and peaceful. The buildings with good workmanship and high quality materials are very stylish inside and outside. The underground car park and direct access to the house by elevator are very successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nova Residence should should be given on 1879 sokak, right side of Nova building. currently the visitors for nova residence are falsely instructed to back side of building where there is no entrance. Must be changed to nova residence entrance, which is right of the nova residence building.
