Samet bey çok ilgiliydi muayenesi ve özenli takibinden memnun kaldığımız için yaklaşık 3 yıldır gittiğimiz tek doktorumuz. Aşı takibimizi çok güzel yaptı ve en önemlisi ne zaman ihtiyacımız olsa ulaşıp danışabildik. İlgisinden naifliğinden dolayı çok memnunuz. Teşekkür ederiz. Ultrason için sıra aldık,sıra alıp gelmeyenin yerine uyanıklık yaparak geçen dengesiz insanlar var. Çalışanlar da sen kimsin numarani göster demedikleri için adaletsiz işleyiş var. Hastahane çok karmaşık , labirent gibi . Doğru düzgün yönlendiren yok vs. .. Ve bir ultrason için devlet hastahanesi misali 3 saat kadar bekledik ... Doktorların iyiliğine veya yaptığı işe sözüm yok ama hastahane nin benim gözümden bakınca durumu ,,, şehir hastahanesi daha güzel işliyor... Hello, only name is Medical PALACE!!! Özellikle alt katta ki morg için acilen farklı bir giriş açılmalı , yaşları küçük hastaların hassas olabilecekleri göz önüne alınmalı.
