Although Yataş is of high quality, there is no understanding of service. While it should be an institutional store, it is worse than a grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/12/2021 de mağazadan bir hafta sonra teslim denilerek çift kişilik nevresim takımı satıldı ama 2 ay geçti hala ürün teslimi yapmadılar ve ne hikmetse ürün kendi sitelerinde satılmaktadır. Firmayı aradığımda isterseniz para iadesi yapalım diyorlar. Buda demek oluyor ki para iade yapıp yüksek fiyat dan satmak istiyorlar.
On 12/12/2021, it was said to be delivered one week after the store, and the double duvet cover set was sold, but 2 months later they still did not deliver the product and unfortunately the product is sold on their own site. When I call the company they say if you want a refund. This means that they want to return the money and sell it at a high price.
