The hotel, which I did not have any problems with, except that the shower expenses and the extra non-alcoholic beverages are not included. We had no problems finding sunbeds on the beach, on the contrary, we were in a dilemma whether to choose the right side or the left side :) Beach staff are concerned, your towel will arrive in seconds, you will be lucky if you come across a watermelon treat :)) Breakfast is good, dinner is relative, but if you are very picky You can have a hard time, after all, if you don't like it, it's a lot of waste. The Chef of the hotel stands right next to the open buffet and is a very caring and gentle person. Everything is fine, the price seemed a little high to me, frankly, this may be because I am used to staying at all-inclusive hotels. Again, I think that at least non-alcoholic drinks should be free at the Beach Bar. Fortunately, my humble advice to those who want to be least affected by the crowd due to the pandemic process, pay a little more and enjoy your holiday.

The sea and beach were beautiful. Rooms were also tidy. Breakfast and dinner are fine. There were problems in hygiene, especially in the restaurant part. For example, the restaurant door is full of stains, but that door has not been cleaned once. Also, the buffet part could have been cleaner. The staff is not very interested, and it is a separate problem that they do not wear masks. No staff wear masks in the restaurant at the reception.

We came for a 5-day holiday in July 2021 and regretted that we came. There is a distinction between the hijab family and the open family. There is no such thing as quality of service compared to the money they receive. For example, old stale tea is 7 TL, lemonade is 15 TL, etc. You are officially robbed. It's called half board, but it's not even a quarter, there is hardly any fresh bread in the morning, there is no fresh bread at all. There are 2 main dishes on the evening menu. there is no service, if you call the staff, they come to you and take your order, or no one even asks why you came. I'm talking to the hotel official with the glass of my car towed to the car park of the hotel cracked, I say let's look at the camera records to see how this happened, he gives me irrelevant answers. FINALLY, I CAN SAY THIS It is by no means a hotel to go to.

The beach of the hotel is very beautiful, but the sunbeds and tables are not cleaned enough, I think there is a shortage of personnel... There was a heavy toilet smell coming from the bathroom in the room and we had to keep the door closed. The floor of the room was sandy, it wasn't cleaned enough, the bathroom was dirty and the closet was not clean enough. The food was inadequate for the money we paid. As a result, the hotel was not worth the price we paid, we could always prefer it if it was more attentive and clean.

A hotel that competes with the 5-star hotels of Antalya in terms of beach and sea. Rooms are close to standard. If you ask me, do not stay in bungalows. As for the food, it is far below the standard. There is neither much variety nor good food. But it can be eaten in order not to be hungry. The prices at the beach bar are at a level to compete with the basement. At least 33 beer should not be 35 lira. If we look at the price and performance, you can stay cheaper in 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotels in Side Manavgat at these prices. But if they take the customer comments into consideration, they can move the business up one or two clicks.

We stayed in the hotel as a family for 2 nights in a bungalow room. Our room smelled very bad from the first minute and even though we said it many times, stupid excuses were made and only room perfume was applied. As a matter of fact, there was a sewer smell and it didn't go away. Also, the bathrooms are awfully dirty. The small size of the rooms is acceptable as it is a bungalow, but it is definitely not suitable for a family of 3-4 people. Towels, shampoo, etc. in the rooms. items are enough. Reception and front desk staff are pretty bad and very rude. For example, they make even one of your requests difficult because of their laziness. As for the food, it is far below what we expected in terms of variety. Simply put, you can't even have a cup of tea after dinner, you are directed to the paid beach bar. We passed the coffee types, at least it should have been tea. Food quality (meat, chicken etc.) was very bad. The morning breakfast is also really inadequate (for example, there was only white bread) and the product quality is very low. The sea is naturally beautiful, which is the biggest chance of the hotel. The beach and the service to the beach was nice. The beach bar is very nice for lunch and the employees were very interested. We were very satisfied. In summary, the hotel is too disgraceful to stay, but it is quite reasonable to get beach bar service with daily entrance, which is 100 TL per person per day. It is quite mediocre for a half board hotel where you pay 1300 TL per room. Finally, during this pandemic period, hotel employees definitely wear masks etc. and hygiene is not taken into account in the least.
