★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığım ilacın fiyatını sorduğumda 749 tl dediler, ilacın üzerinde de bu fiyat etiketi vardı,iki tane aldım 1498 tl tutması gerekiyordu.Daha sonra banka hesabımı kontrol ederken 1720 tl çekildiğini görüp ertesi gün eczaneye gidip bir yanlışlık olma ihtimaline karşı durumu görüştüm.Adet fiyatının 749 değil 860dan hesaplandığını söyledim.3 ay önce fiyatların değiştiğini, bu sebeple bu fiyatın alındığı bilgisi verildi.Fakat bana sözel olarak söylenen fiyat bilgisi de ilacın üstündeki bilgi de farklıydı.Fiyat güncellemesi yapıldıysa bu bilgi müşteriye doğru olarak aktarılmalı ve ürün üzerindeki etiketler güncellenmeli ve ya etiketin üzerindekinin eski olduğu belirtilmeli.
When I asked about the price of the medicine I bought, they said 749 TL. There was also this price tag on the medicine, I bought two, it was supposed to cost 1498 TL. Later, when I checked my bank account, I saw that 1720 TL was withdrawn, I went to the pharmacy the next day and discussed the situation in case there was a mistake. I said that it was calculated from 860. I was informed that the prices had changed 3 months ago, therefore this price was taken.
