★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pantolon paçasına bir sonraki gün fiş almaya giderseniz 35 dakika normal sırada bekletiyorlar.Uygulama berbat.tavsiye etmem.Insanlar pantolon almaya gidiyor çile çekmeye değil.Sorunlara çözüm bulmakta çok çok yetersiz bir yönetim var.sorun düzelmedikçe birdaha asla alışveriş yapmam.
If you go to buy a receipt for trouser legs the next day, they make you wait in the normal line for 35 minutes. The application sucks. I don't recommend it. People go to buy trousers, not to suffer. There is a very, very inadequate management in finding solutions to problems.

A store where I found the products I was looking for. I liked the customer care. Especially Ayşenur took great care of us and helped us a lot in campaigns. I congratulate the managers for hiring such relevant employees.

Daha önce başka aldığım ancak yanlış beden etiketi basılan bir kotu değiştirmek için bu mağazaya yönlendirildim. Fakat stok hatası olduğunu ürünün bulunmadığını söyleyip başka bir ürünle fiyat farkı vererek değiştirmem pek kibarca olmayan tavırla söylendi.

Maviden ürün alırken 2 kere düşünmek lazım. Optimum daki mağazasına hiç gitmemek lazım
