Firmanıza gidip yardım istedim.Fakat elimde faturası olmadığı için bişey yapamıycaklarını söylediler.Ben kredi kartıyla alışveriş yaptığımı kayıtlarda bulabileceklerini,olmazsa bankadan dökümünü getirebileceğimi söyledim. Çok üzüldüm kaliteli ürün aldığımı zannettim fakat seyyar satıcıdan almış gibi muamele gördüm.Tüketici haklarınamı gideyim.
