Store Manager Ms. Gülsüm immediately started a change process without even realizing what was happening. I was very surprised, I did not expect such a thing. However, while I was entering, I did not even think of my request for change or any complaint that the accessory was broken. Thank you very much for her interest, helpfulness, humility and friendliness. I wish you success in your business life and beautiful customers as well as the beauty of your heart. I have never seen such a sweet, naive, well-intentioned, customer-friendly, solution-oriented salesperson in my life. Even if it is far from my home, I will gladly go to Armada Branch just to go to Mavi. Those living in Ankara should definitely not say I went to Mavi before going to Armada Mavi Store :) I wish everyone a pleasant shopping :))

Quality and affordable products can be found! Staff is friendly and friendly ... As for the shortcomings; There are no outfits for every size. (especially on discounts) Apart from that there are no seats. Especially for husbands and elderly people who come with their wives, it is essential to have a seat! ?

I went to Mavi jeans Arnada branch to exchange one size smaller of the jeans bought for my daughter on November 26th on December 1st. I had to argue with the lady who is the manager of the store. I think he doesn't understand the language of the customer. I left the store saying that I would not prefer this branch again. I went to the Cepa branch and changed my size without encountering any difficult approach. I would also like to thank the Cepa branch.

I will not choose the Mavi brand, which I always prefer, because of the humiliating, smug and narcissistic behavior of the store manager. Such employees will reduce the value of the brand. I request you to consider this issue.

The general attitude of the store manager towards us does not befit his qualification as a manager. I have been a blue customer for years, from now on I will think twice before choosing Mavi because of this attitude, maybe not at all. Zero customer satisfaction.
