Ankamall Korkmaz branch is a regret. I wanted to have a smoother process by purchasing Korkmaz products from a main dealer, but I had a constant setback from the very beginning. I bought the dinner set on April 29, I did not want to carry it myself, so I requested it to be shipped. I was told that it took a long time because it was in the process of closing on April 17. When the shopping malls opened, I called and asked the store to take delivery, they said that we could receive it on May 28, but they delivered on May 31, I checked the products and took them on June 2 to replace the defective parts, it is now September 2, but still my products have not arrived. I called on August 2, they say that they could not give information because there was no return from the headquarters. I will go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, but before that, I am writing here so that no one will go there and be victimized for nothing.
