★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankamall matmazelden ,2 yıl önce beyaz bir çanta aldım.çantanın sapı 2 bluzumda siyah çizgi oluşturdu. Verdim, merkeze yolladılar. Yeni sap verdiler. Bu yaz yine 2 bluzumu daha mahvetti. Bu sefer etlik matmazele verdim. Değiştirdiler ama 1 bluzum daha siyah. Hem önde , hem arkada siyah çizgiler oluştu. Ve çıkmıyor. Hem çantayı , gende 5 bluzumu kullanamıyorum. Bir şey yapamayacaklarını. Söylediler. Tüketici heyetine başvurmamı gerekiyor. Bir daha asla matmazelin kapısından geçmem
From Ankamall mademoiselle, I bought a white bag 2 years ago, the handle of the bag created a black line on my 2 blouses. I gave it, they sent it to the center. They gave a new handle. This summer again ruined my 2 more blouses. This time I gave it to the meat madness. They changed it but 1 of my blouse is black. Black lines were formed on both the front and back. And it doesn't come out. I cannot use both the bag and my 5 blouses. That they can't do anything. They said. I have to apply to the consumer committee. I will never go through mademoiselle's door again
