The business we have preferred for 2 years to make an album in Ankara. But there is an internal disorder and a communication break (which we have told them many times). This inevitably reflects on us customers. But despite this situation, it can still be preferred. Sometimes they are very good and sometimes very bad at speed. There are album and frame models of good quality and not elsewhere. You can be a little more flexible about the price. The canvases are also very high quality.

I do not understand whether I am going to another company or these bad reviews are going elsewhere. You are greeted with a smiling face as soon as you enter. If there is a place where you do wrong or wrong, they will tell you the truth. It is said to be expensive, but expensive according to what. After all, this is an event that immortalizes your best memory. The money scattered around during the wedding does not appear to people, but for some reason, the wages of us who work for you, namely the photographers, are always expensive. There is no special equipment other than the light in the room they call the studio, and this establishment, which has no right to call itself a laboratory, is not professional at all. The angle of the light exposures was not at all like a job for an experienced business, the photos were hilly and really bad. Since we wanted to print the photos, we asked if there was a fee to take the photos that we paid 400 TL for digitally, at first they said it's free, then the staff at the cashier changed their mind and said it was an extra 110 TL. The important thing is to have good intentions. Printed photos can now be scanned and digitized even on the phone, what was the need for such an attitude anyway? Your employees are rude and your service is cursory. This is evident even from the rude responses you give to people who give you low ratings here. If you direct the energy you spend trying to limit the customer to satisfying your customers, no one will write bad comments about you anyway. You may have been founded 50 years ago, but that doesn't mean you will last another 50 years. I regret choosing this place, I will never come again.

The formation of extremely uninterested people that I cannot leave the place because of necessity. A passport size was required for the start of the business, so I went to duplicate what I had. I waited in front of the men for almost 10 minutes for someone to look at me. Passport check is 35 TL, duplication is 30 TL. I don't mind that the shooting is 35 TL. After all, you apply the craft of photography, you get the fee, but I don't know how ethical it is for them to charge the same money for photo reproduction, after all, what they do is maybe a click away from photocopying. I do not recommend.

A very practical and solution oriented business. I have never come across such a quality , solution oriented place in my life . We received canvas painting service and we are extremely satisfied. Thank you very much .
