Maşukiye Mesire Alanı

Even winter time still busy with visitors, good place to take pictures.

For us, this is the first stop. The area is not well maintained and needs rejuvenation. Also, the motorbike journey is short so think twice before paying for it

After a walk along Sapanca Lake we visited Maşukiye Mesire Alanı park. We can’t qualify people as nice or welcoming, rather they are money hunters. The place was overcrowded, dirty, humid, and features a man made water fall! We needed to find a way to spend the time of the trip stop before hitting the road again. Instead of the zip line, we chose a safari-like activity on those ugly, noisy, environment polluting four-wheeled ATVs all the way to the hill. The adventure was missing, the scenery as well wasn’t there, and we drove our ATV with a very slow and boring pace behind a lazy guide. When we reached the plateau we had very beautiful scenery. The site is overlooking a green forest and Sapanca Lake. The landscapes were breathtaking. This was the only positive and worthy fact of this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. All activities there are disappointing, fake or both. It was a sheer waste of time! Instagram @profnasr

Masukiye is one of the favourite places in istanbull. I highly recommend tourist to visit as well as locals. It is a haven in earth. I enjoy it a lot I wish to stay couple of days. Next time I will arrange a holiday there inchaa Allah. The place itself forest on mountains. There are water falls and plenty of activities can be done such as zip line, rafting and safaris. There are a lot of tour's going on. One should negotiate Al times because they put higher prices but you can have them half price, trust me. Also its important to have some snacks because prices there are up normal touristic zones. Cup of coffee could cost about 25 TL. But it worth it.

This place was fun when it came to riding the ATV however if you need to use a very clean bathroom you're going to have to rent one of the ATV's on the way coming back they will stop at the other bathroom(the clean one) which you have to pay to use 2 TL lol ?. Don't use the 1st bathroom(the one when you enter the park after you get off of the bus). The bus ride was okay however you're dealing with people who have very special personalities & who come from war-torn countries. A lot of them like to be seen and heard(a lot of rude people) ?‍♀️?‍♀️ the food sucked don't eat it if you can wait or bring something with you to eat. Things are way overpriced be careful drinking the fresh juice it really riped my stomach. Just bring your own juice & food if you can.
