Ребёнку не подошло по размеру, нужна было поменять на такую же модель с но амортизацией. Грубо и агрессивно отказали. Я сказал, что мне не нужны деньги обратно, раз не хотите делать возврат, поменяйте. Мужчина- владелец, злобно и грубо отказал, пришла его жена и просто сказала что не будет разговаривать с моим юристом по телефону (она знает турецкий). Ужасные люди и ужасное место, чек не выдают кстати. Иду в полицию.
FRAUDERS. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I bought a child seat for a bicycle, they were courteous. The child did not fit in size, it was necessary to change to the same model with but depreciation. Rudely and aggressively refused. I said that I do not need the money back, if you do not want to return, change it. The male owner, angrily and rudely refused, his wife came and simply said that she would not talk to my lawyer on the phone (she knows Turkish). Terrible people and terrible place, they don't issue a receipt by the way. I'm going to the police.
