The place is worth visiting. So well organised. There are lockers for you to put your things in. I would visit again.

Do not go here for Turkish bath. They don't do the job properly then try to get more money from you after massage.

HOPE THE OWNER READS IT! GREAT TOURIST PROCESSING FACILITY... I guess the people who read this will be more entertained than me while spending my time on writing this review. But dont misunderstand me this is not a joke these are the words of an angry customer. After you come, you see the fancy looking place and get a proper introduction as in every hamam, doesnt matter if it is a village or a capitol city. You go to dressing room to take off your clothes and put a nice pair of old dirty slippers on you. After this, a person comes and forces you into a cold sauna(50-60degrees) like a sheppard guiding sheeps, where russian kids aged 5 and 8 are playing with the door every minute, so sauna has no chance at all to warm up. Furthermore the kids who have not reached puberty cant regulate their body heat as adults which may cause heart diseases later. But its ok they are professionals i guess, im sure they know what they doing...After exactly 10 minutes of sitting there, the same nice person forces you out to hamam room. Getting into hamam you discover a dirty marble table in the middle of the room which we had to clean ourselves to at least make a place to lay down and try to enjoy this circus. At that point we and our newly made friends wanted just pay the whole amount, get a cab and get out of there. I went to manager to ask for this. Manager told us that everything is ok and it is normal (like we never been in hamam before). She was nice, polite and patient all the time which is respectful from my side and i want to say i have nothing to do against her, this is her job, there is nothing to complain about. After getting a scrub you have to go and take a shower yourself before taking soap cleansing. Ive been to hamam few times and every time they washed me like i am disabled person(i kinda like this kind of guest treatment, it makes whole procedure special and personalised). Also there was like 10 of us at the same time on marble table during the scrub, so i could see a feet of a strangers 3 centimeters from my face!!! Well thats a treatment people deserve!!! Thats a 5 star from me. There is nothing better than staring on someones feet from 3 centimeters, makes you really relaxed!!! Congrats guys... After hamam you go to massage and facial treatment which was actually really good. No complaints except there is no privacy at all, no room has a door so when you go in you can see all the people getting massage like you see meat in the meatshop. Im sorry should i sponsor you with some curtains? Sorry but i dont get your concept at all... The most disturbing thing for me was my girlfriend coming out from womens dressing room and telling me that the guy who sits at the dressing room entrance opened a door into women dressing room and looked around like its normal when my woman was totally naked. There was 1 knock at the door which was opened immediately after FOR NO REASON AT ALL. Guess he never seen a good looking naked woman before, and tried to satisfy his needs like this. Well thats the spirit guys. I dont know what would i do if i see this, but probably id beat him and finished at police station for violence. Thanks god i knew it after we came out from the basement where this guy is located. Is this normal in Turkey? What would the owner of this amazing pace say if this guy opens on his wife/daughter naked? Its ok? Its normal? Go on and have fun boy? I dont think so... I dont know when they opened(96 as i see) , but looks like a month ago. The privacy, the cleaningness, whole level of service needs a great improvement. Going there its like going to a tesco, auchan, migros(call it whatever you want) after buying stuff for all your life at delicatess shop. Probably the people who gave 5 star to this place never been to hamam before or friends of an owner. Sorry people I just cant think about it otherwise. Never coming back here again and never recommending it to anyone. This place is overrated tourist processing facility, not more. Worst spa experience in my life... Definately zero stars from me.

Beware! Really good to begin with, then at the included massage stage they tell everyone that they work too much and have problems with their spine and legs and need a more intense massage. They fleeced my family of an extra £90, praying upon my teenage children who didn't realize they were agreeing to extra treatments. And the receptionist was smoking at the desk whilst taking your money from you.

No privacy, bad attitude, very slow service and sloppy work, consistently no COVID measures and it became a joke to the people at the venue. These people are not professionals by ANY means. They also tried to talk us into extra costs, which appear to be a common trick as seen in online reviews. Completely stressful and frustrating!!
