A	Asli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığınız her ürün çok mu kaliteli ? Hayır ama maalesef kurunda getirmiş olduğu dezavantajla fiyatlar yüksek kalıyor. Ayni kalitede ki ürünleri kesinlikle çok daha uygun fiyata bulabilirsiniz. Personeller yardımcı oluyor. Mağazanın ferahlığı güzel. Kıyafetlerin modeli biraz klasik. Is every product you receive very good quality? No, but unfortunately, in the exchange rate, the prices remain high. Products of the same quality can certainly be found at a much more affordable price. Staff is helping. The spaciousness of the store is beautiful. The model of the clothes is a little classic.

Ürün iade edeceğim dediğim zaman belki milyon kez iade etmeyip değişim yapın dediler. Israrla değişim yapmak istemiyorum dememe rağmen hala kasada işlemim görülürken tekrarladılar. Hatta artık en son iade etmek istiyorum lütfen artık değişim yapın diye ısrar etmeyin dediğimde bana sesini yükselterek biz değişimi şu yüzden istiyoruz falan filan diye saçmasapan bir açıklama yaptlar. Daha öncede bu mağazanın çalışanları ile problemlerim olmuştu benimle ilgilenmeyi bırakıp gitmişlikleri bile vardı ama bu kez kendimi tutamadım. Özellikle ortayaşlı bayan çalışanların gerçekten bir iş yerinde çalıştıklarını öğrenmeleri gerekiyor çok yazık bir daha hayatta gitmem.... I don't remember having felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life. Working people are completely unprofessional. When I said that I would return the product, they said maybe they would not return it a million times and change it. Although I insistently said that I do not want to make a change, they repeated it while I was still seeing my transaction at the cash register. In fact, when I said that I want to return it anymore, please don't insist on making a change anymore, they raised their voices to me and made a ridiculous statement saying that we want change and so on. I had problems with the employees of this store before, they even stopped taking care of me and left, but this time I couldn't help myself. Especially middle-aged female employees need to learn that they are actually working in a workplace.

M	Monica Lazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience I had today (11.08. 2020) at M&S was extremely disappointing.The shop assistant, who was also the cashier(ID 20359) could not be of much help to me, was not exactly polite, following me closely through the shop, which was terribly embarrassing to me. I paid by credit card( she did not seem to be familiar with payments made using contactless cards).She charged me once ,but she said that there was a failure.She asked me to use my PIN and she charged me again, quickly throwing away the receipt. Later I noticed that I paid for one item twice. The ID of the cashier is 20359 and the number of the invoice is M012020000368541. I regret trusting the professionalism of the staff at this store, thinking it is the same as in M&S stores in other countries.
