We had our wedding in Antalya in May 2019. Studyo Filiz and his team were excellent. They were amazing in terms of creativity, professionalism and great energy! Serkan is an amazing person and an amazing photographer. I give him and his team 10/10 because they really went above and beyond my expectations. Serkan was kind enough to have our albums, which consisted of a few wedding photos, ready within 5 days before our departure from Antalya. The reason for my 2 star review has nothing to do with the quality of his work. When got back to Canada, I contacted him a few times asking when the remainder of our photos and videos would be ready. After getting the runaround several time (from June 1 to July 14), I finally received my video clip. I wasn’t happy with their choice of background music for the video clip so I asked to have that changed; again, no response. On July 18th, I received one photo. Fast forward to today’s date (August 26th), and we still haven’t received our wedding photos or the updated video clip or even a response to my text. I should also add that we paid upfront as soon as the photo shoot was done (on our wedding night). I really didn’t want to leave a negative review given that him and his team were so amazing. However, we are devastated that we will not have any memories of our destination wedding aside from the few photos in the hard copy album. I feel that because we don’t live in Antalya and cannot physically follow up or go to his studio, we are being treated this way. It’s very unfortunate that it had to come to this.
