Booked a car on the 10.05.2019 no hassle fixed price and the car was collected from our hotel when we finished. Would book with them again.

Fraud organization with worst rent service I've ever seen. Agreed to rent a car. Manager was late in about 30 minutes. The price for a hyundai i20 was about 40$ per day, that is twise what is published on official site. Given car was with broken back door lock, flat tire and absolutelly empty tunk, only enough to get to the nearest petrol station. All claims was denied. On a day of return I've requested a refund for a fuel that I left (about 15$). All managers that was in an office refused. Then I was threatened and offended to leave the fuel. Do not use this rent service!

Worst experience of renting a car. Asked for full casco insurance, paid 10€ per day extra and it just had basic insurance. Communication very poor, little to no English. Would not recommend anyone such a bad deal.

Good service, signed agreement and the car is yours for few days, very fast. They will also will get you back to the hotel after returning the car back.

We took the car (Hyundai i20) for just one day. Very decent car, as good as new, even if a few years old. After the renting period the car was picked up at my adress. I am very satisfied with the service, the people in Magic Rent a Car are very professional, and I'm looking forward to rent one of their cars again. Highly recommending.

Worst experience of renting a car. My sister was going to have a surgery. Therefore I rented a car from the owner for 2 days. When I was at the Hospital, I learnt that operation was canceled. I came back, it was no reason for me to stay over there. When I was returning the car ,I wanted my one unused day money back. Owner refused to give my money back. I said maybe some other day I can use a car without paying. We would be even. Owner Mehmet KUNDAKCI said yes it would be no problem. I asked written note that stating his promise. He said no need I am the owner. I trusted this guy. One week ago, I went to rent a car for one day, He said I have to pay. When I mentioned our previous deal, He did deny our agreement. BE AWARE .DON'T TRUST HIS WORD. He took my 300 liras and did not give it back to me. Would not recommend anyone such a bad deal.
