Sunrise Resort Hotel

Although it was a decent hotel for it's price, here are my following complaints - straight on from the reception, the reception gave complete attention only to Adults. My friend, a teenager had requested a spare key card but was skipped by at least 5 people, and then got told he couldn't get a card. Met a nice girl at the reception from Kosovo. She was so sweet and nice. -The buffet was the most boring thing. We had to go to the other restaurant for both lunch and dinner. Bland food, no options. - The indoor pool was so bad, the jacuzzi emitted a really strange smelly gas and the pool was tiny. - Outdoor pool was ok. On the first day, I noticed two bricks that broke off the side of the pool. I've been to 4 hotels previously that had a cover on the kids pool but this pool didn't have one. - The hotel was really beginning to show it's age and the blue coats were fading on the building. - My relatives asked for a repair on their air conditioning unit at least 3 times and were refused a repair, they were pretty upset - The WiFi was down for a full day which was frustrating when we needed it most. The Wifi logging in process was so slow and annoying and 3/5 of my family's Details weren't accepted at the WiFi Login. - Another MAJOR ISSUE was the dirt, the last few hotels I have visited have absolutely no dirt in or outside of the pools. Try to walk anywhere near a pool and you will be pinched by the little rocks and debris, there IS A WAY of cleaning this but shows how cheap the hotel really is. - I am currently writing this while sitting outside my apartment, my keycards don't even work, and when I went to change them I was refused because i only borrowed two because the other 2 didn't work for God's sake!!!! Over all, not the best hotel but it was half decent and please just fix these issues. Thanks

Not a 5 star hotel. Full of rude Russians. The pools were really good. Entertainment was mainly tailored to Russians and Turkish people. Rooms were reaĺly dirty. Food was average and pretty much the same everyday.

Standard Turkish Hotel 5*. Rooms are old and makeup is not so clean. Restaurant is big, food good but seafood is missing and all days is same. Beach is not sand and windy.

The hotel was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were very polite and welcoming for the most part. Real all inclusive, very kind service, genuine hospitality. Wi-Fi is almost everywhere yet not always of good quality. Good for relax. The place is very quiet and chill. We had a very nice time in the resort that we never wanted to leave .

It was a truly fantastic place to stay, had lots of fun as went with 5 kids (all between the ages of 4-12) and two adults (including myself) We were never bored whilst there was many pools (including water park areas) and activities. As went all inclusive, great food choices, many places to get snacks during the day also- including ice cream and chips right beside the pools. Kids were especially excited by deserts!?However, the staff, unfortunantly were not the friendliest. Some didn't speak very good English. This was a problem at first, however some of the staff were delightful and we always turned to them if we required assistance. Most of the people staying at sunrise were Russian. We did although meet some lovely English speaking people staying right next to us, and some lovely English speaking kids. The accommodation was lovely! We were staying in (pardon, I do not know the specific name) the Sort of apartments but the ones which were in the Tudor looking houses (they had about 4 in each). Anyway, they were lovely! We were on the ground floor and in our room there was three of us (me and my daughter and son) However we had two spare beds! And we paid no more than my sister who took her 3 kids (they only had 4 beds). The hotel took into consideration our request that we would prefer to be near to each other to make childcare easier, we were right next to each other! We also had a balcony which led onto a field with lemon trees, it was an amazing view. And we were only on the ground floor! We had lots and lots of fun (especially the kids) and will certainly be returning soon.

Great hotel near the beach. Everyday pool activities, evening's music shows and friendly staff. Disco show on big stage almost everyday. Ready staff to help you anytime. Gym, Gallery, SPA, front water pool, back water pool, water sports, mid-night dinner, mini golf, beach bar, great food in buffee, everyday amphitheatre evening shows.

Very beautiful place, clean, hospitable, comfortable and just fun to spend a vacation. My family enjoys every day spend there. Wanna come back one day!

Hotel is big and nice Rooms are a bit old but it is recompensed by great food and very nice and helpful staff that is not expecting tips every minute - their help is very discreet
