Lüks Otel

Otele giriş esnasında bile kendimi çok güvende hissetmemi sağladılar . çalışanların ilgisi ve otelin müdürü Yusuf beye ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim .ayrıca Sabahattin beyin uğraşı,ilgisi bizi onurlandırdı . Odalar çok temiz derli toplu ve istediğiniz her şey hemen hemen mevcut .resepsiyondan hizmet son derece hızlı ve ilgili .herkese teşekkürler ..her zaman tercihimiz lüks otel.?

Idare eder. Odaları küçük ama temiz. Kahvaltı eh işte diyebiliriz. Fiyat makul

Gittiğimizde rezervasyonumuzun gorunmedigini söylediler şansımıza boş yer vardı. Odaları çok küçük ancak temizdi sadece lavabo musluğu kireç tabakasından başka birseye dönüşmüş dokunmadım bile.. Kahvaltı çok kötü.. Seçenek yok , olanlarda taze değildi tadi guzel değildi, aç ayrıldık otelden. Kim personel kim misafir kim sokaktan giren biri anlaşılmıyor üniforma olmadığı için.

Otel genel olarak güzel Kahvaltıya biraz çeşit Odalardaki ufak sıkıntıları giderdiğinde hiç bir sıkıntı yok.

Çok temiz bir otel ortamı var, özellikle personel her zaman yardımcı, güler yüzlü.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The hotel is below standard and service is awful. We booked two room, both rooms had problems, both rooms smelt terrible and smells of cigarettes, when I asked to change the room they said there is no other room, then we found out there is no water coming out from the toilet, they said they cannot fix it today. Suddenly another room became available but it also smelt really bad. It was too late in the night otherwise we would have walked out. None of the bathrooms had toilet tissue. The breakfast had gone off and it was just cucumbers, olives, cheese and tomatoes and some ham slices. Someone complained about the tomaypesnthat it had gone off and I saw the lady at reception sneakily come and remove the tomatoes and ham slices...how disgraceful Disgusting staff and disgusting hotel, best part of it was checking out
