Kasa da yine başka bir çocuk ödeme aldı, maske kullanımı yok, ve market alanında çok fena çöp-soğan kokusu vardı...Ayrıca aracımın camlarının silinmesini rica ettiğimde uzun saplı yer süpürgesini suya daldırıp temizleyeceklerdi, çizeceği için vazgeçtim. Süngerli bir çek silleri yoktu. Genel anlamda Opet kalitesinden uzak bir istasyon.
A 14-15 year old boy, who I guessed was the station owner's child, filled the fuel. It's nice for them to learn the trade, but it is not suitable for Opet quality and safety criteria. Another child took payment at the cash register, no mask was used, and there was a very bad smell of garbage-onion in the market area... Also, when I asked for my car's windows to be wiped, they would dip a long-handled floor broom into water and clean it, so I gave up because it would scratch. They didn't have a sponge checker. In general, it is a station far from Opet quality.

Araçta ödemede sıkıntı var. 18 yaş altı çalışan var ve müşteriye nasıl davranılması gerektiği konusunda acemi. Personel soğuk kanlı. Sırf opet diye uğradım. Beğenmedim.
It is far behind compared to other opets, Opet is way ahead of them ?
There is a problem with the payment. There are employees under the age of 18 and are inexperienced in how to treat customers. The staff is cool. I just stopped by for the opet. I do not like.
