Maalesef hiç de LÜKS kuruyemiş gelmedi. Özellikle Instagramda güzel cafcaflı paketlerle reklam yapıp basit kese kağıtlarıyla üstelik çatlamış patlamış olarak kargo yaptılar. 1 kg ceviz içinin çok çok kötü olduğunu Instagram sayfasında yorum olarak yazdım diye hemen beni engelleyip yorumumu sildiler. Bu şekilde dürüst olmayan ve olumsuz yoruma tahammül edemeyen bir basit satıcı.
Ayrıca 371 tl lik alışverişimin faturasını da göndermediler.
Gerekli yerlere şikayet başvurumu gerçekleştireceğim.
On September 29, 2020, I ordered 8 kg of dried nuts for 371 TL.
Unfortunately, no LUXURY dried nuts came. In particular, they advertised with beautiful packages on Instagram and made cargo with simple paper bags and also cracked and exploded. They immediately blocked me and deleted my comment because I wrote that 1 kg of walnuts was very, very bad as a comment on the Instagram page. In this way a simple seller who is dishonest and cannot tolerate negative interpretation.
In addition, they did not send the invoice for my purchase of 371 TL.
I will make my complaint application where necessary.
