Disgrace and shame!!!

Far from the crowd of the city, in a place that can be considered in the center, the prices are not exaggerated, it is no different from exaggerated places, the staff is experienced and helpful, their manager is Mustafa, a gentleman from the industry's apprenticeship, there is no parking problem, the place is well-groomed and clean, it is here to ask for a mention from every visitor. never, if it breaks your heart, if you stay happy, if you give the end of the wedding, the waiters share what you give among themselves, it is a very fair and correct, extremely moral company, we are very satisfied, we are doing our second wedding in the same place, we recommend, do not be deceived by some brands, do not waste your money, you get the same service here.

It looks like a nice living room. Employees were polite. I didn't see any glitches. They serve both indoor and outdoor (tea). I think it has the capacity to host 500 or so people. It can be used for organizations such as weddings.

It was not bad, ask for a normal wedding hall. No need to wait for anything extra.

It was my sister's wedding, it was supposed to be dinner there was a disgusting presentation, the food was taken from us before we were eaten, nuts, raw meatballs, ice cream cake (unlimited) there was no beverage distribution and they constantly tried to extort money under the name of tip, it was a disgrace. I did not like it at all. If you weren't going to put it in front of our guests, why did you make such an agreement, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even if the right we received is haram, a poor quality disgusting wedding hall....

With the opening of the 2021 season, the first wedding belonged to me :) The attention of the salon manager Mustafa was admirable; he was always around us during the night, everything was under his control in the hall, he even gave a dance lesson when he called for the rehearsal, what more can I say :) We agreed for the Ankara orchestra of 5 people, but when we went to the hall, the orchestra was under his control. We learned that he had changed, minutes before our wedding started, and we were very pleased, their energy was enormous, but such a change should not be left to the last minute. Our wedding ceremony took place in the garden before we went inside, it was the most pleasant moments of our wedding... Everything was forbidden inside anyway, and no one was given a sip of water in line with the orders of our state :) In short, I was very satisfied with the hall. But they have a big problem to solve: TIP. We know there is a custom for this too, but due to the pandemic, there was already a working woman and a man, so there is nothing to share... Tips are the reward of effort and dedication, and it breaks from the heart. For example, I witnessed for the first time that even the wedding certificate was sold to the groom while I was getting into the vehicle:) Anyway, you embarrassed our elders about this... even though I asked for it not to be asked many times, it's so disrespectful, my brother...

I thought I was satisfied when I left the hall, but the complaints I received from my surroundings made me very sad. The agreement and the practice in the field did not match. While even fruit juice, ayran and turnip is written in the unlimited drinks section, only cola and fanta options are offered to the guests. We learned that the unlimited phrase in the unlimited tea and coffee offering is limited. Thank goodness we did not see an assistantship of our assistant friends. During our first dance, the music stopped for a while, the electricity went back and forth. I guess the musicians don't get paid, because I saw the drummer extort money from the children who took the money thrown in the air, I had to warn myself. Although we tip him quite a bit, he covets what children have, he has no right to upset the children. Other than that, everything was very nice. The living room is elegant and spacious. The products were fresh and delicious. Salon chef Yusuf Bey took care of us from the rehearsal to the end of the wedding. If there were 35 more people like him, it could have the status of the best wedding hall in Kayseri. There are no applications such as knives do not cut etc. If they offer a drink to the elders of the family and break their hearts, they accept a tip. The photographer and cameraman worked beautifully. A clean establishment can be recommended if the deficiencies are corrected.
