★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marmaray son durakta inip gebze center minibüslerine binin.Özel halk otobüsleride geçiyor,fakat nakit geçmiyor,Gebze kart lazım,bulmak ayrı bir dert.Gebze center karşısında Halkbank'ın arka sokağı.Fakat iş görüşmesine gidecekler için yazıyorum,beklentiniz yüksek olmasın.Avrupa yakası Beylikdüzü'nden davet üzerine görüşmeye gittim.Gidiş dönüş 7,5 saat.Görüşme esnasında kaç şubeleri olduğundan yurt dışı yatırımlarından bahsedildi.fakat gördüğüm ve anladığım kadarı ile sizin şirket ve çalışan felsefeniz de insana saygı yok.Yapılan iş görüşmesi olumsuz olsa dahi geri dönüş yapmak etik bir davranıştır.Fakat iki ay geçmesine rağmen ses yok.Geri dönüş maili atmak 2 dakikanızı alır.İş görüşmesine gelen kişiler size tüm gününü ayırıyor,siz ise ......................Eğer şirket yetkilileri bu yazıyı okur ise noktalı yerleri doldururlar diye boş bırakıyorum.Sözüm şirket yetkililerine.Empati yapın, sizinle çalışmak istediği için tüm gününü size ayırıp iş görüşmesine gelen kişilerin yerine kendinizi koyun, size böyle davranılsa ne hissederdiniz?
