Arızalı ürünümü garanti kapsamında işlem görmesi için servise göndermelerini talep ettim, daha en başta bu garanti kapsamına girmez yaklaşımlarından dolayı servise hiç göndermekdiklerini düşünüyorum. 3 hafta boyunca cihazı masa altında tutup, ben arayıp sormasam haber bile vermeye tennezzül etmeyecekler. Acele karar ile ayaküstü yaptığım bu alışverişten çok pişmanım.
The company may be reliable, but I cannot say the same for some of its employees. Their approach is disrespectful and they have a careless attitude. I requested them to send my defective product to the service to be treated under warranty. They will not deign to let me know even if I keep the device under the table for 3 weeks and call and ask. I regret this purchase that I made with a hasty decision.
