It was our first visit and our experience was awesome with this resort, actually we haven't thought that it will be so refreshing. I would like to thank entire staff they was so friendly and helpful and they are at your service any time you need. Animation team is awesome and every day there lots of activity for kids to teen to adults as well. Breakfast, lunch Dinner, snacks, beverages all at your service will your all inclusive reservation. I haven't Paid single penny extra for eatables apart from any extra activity you need with not included. I must say they have service oriented management and they know how keep their customers happy. Even the Spa centre is well maintained and they run good offers with Massage, Turkish bath and relaxing massage. They offered me a very good deal which I could not refuse to have and it was worth. My special thanks to Ahsanali who assistance me very professionally from my reservation until check out. Even there Customer relationship manager is so kind and humble I am sorry I forgot your name. Sure I am going to plan my next visit but with bigger group to have lots of fun.

Great hotel set in a beautiful setting of Forest. The most important and best thing about this hotel is the wonderful hardworking staff. The staff cannot do enough forthe guests and so incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Mete from them pool area, for taking care of my little girl and making her smile. Also thank you to the amazing barman Mehmet Erkasap the lovely waitress Döndü for taking such good care of us. Great hotel. Hope we can come back again.

We rested in this wonderful hotel, in February, 2 weeks on tour. Service, recreation, staff work and entertainment at the highest level. As for the hotel restaurant, this is a separate conversation, repetitions create masterpieces, I advise everyone this hotel, you will not regret it

This was our third stay at Limak Arcadia, which says a lot. We have stayed in many Turkish seaside resorts. This is not the best, but it is very good. Some thoughts: -This stay, in late March, highlighted preparations for the upcoming season. There were painters and planters everywhere, as the resort genuinely put the resources into making the property look its best. -Speaking of the property, it is very nice. From the time you arrive at the entrance gate, their respect for nature is obvious. The architecture is very nice, and the brickwork and paint are both fresh and tastefully done. -We only ate in the main dining room (plus the patisserie and gözleme stand). I’ve read reviews of other resorts that complain of little variety from day to day. Not so here. There are certainly daily staples, like pide, rice and potatoes, but the main dishes and soups were varied daily and were well prepared and tasty. -Speaking of food, I would return just for the omelet maker. She is a machine, keeping up with a constant demand from the beginning of breakfast to the end, preparing delicious omelets with a smile on her face (behind the mask) and being sufficiently multi-lingual to not only understand orders in multiple languages but understand that, when a non-English speaker asks for potatoes, he means tomatoes. -The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed watching the enthusiasm of the animation team member who organized darts. He drew a pretty large crowd that had fun. -The entertainment was good. We enjoyed the acrobats from Ghana and the hotel’s production of a tribute to Michael Jackson. Their comedy show, well, not so much, but not due to a lack of effort on the part of their animation team. I said it wasn’t the best. Nothing at all major, but some thoughts in that direction: -There were a couple maintenance items in our bathroom (a light out and a very slow shower drain). They were fixed, but not until the day after we called it in -The resort has an associated tour company, which is pretty busy. One of their coordinators was unnecessarily pushy, both in the execution of his job and in the dining room. His behavior was in stark contrast with the rest of the resort staff. -The resort is “all-inclusive”, as compared with some ultra-all-inclusive resorts that we have visited. As such, the all-inclusive liquors were generally limited to local brands. Our English friend, who was with us on a prior visit, felt the gin was very weak. We were also surprised to find that local generic-Bailey’s was only available during the summer season. My bottom line. Like I said, not the best, but definitely deserving of a 5-star rating.

I really enjoy my time here. We had an all inclusive module. The food in the buffet was delicious. Mostly the same dishes but there were subtile changes in the dishes every day. The pools are amazing. The beach is very nice :) I would definitely go back. Oh, almost forgot. The shows are amazing. Really worthy watching!!

The food was excellent, huge selection of tasty meals. Service was friendly and quick. Exterior and grounds were meticulously kept even with tortoises and friendly cats. A huge range of activities for adults and kids. Pool and beach were great and plenty of sunbeds for everyone (we visited in April). Lots of bars and food and snacks available throughout the day. The shows were also fantastic in the evening. However we did have some negative points: Our room was old, cramped and outdated, nothing like the photos we saw on the website. We assume we must have been put in an older building than the ones advertised. The absolute worst point was there was no sound proofing in the rooms (and windows) and the music rages until midnight so it is impossible to sleep before then as it is incredibly loud and the bass is insufferable. The gym also had limited opening hours which are all throughout the day which rules out workouts if you have a day trip from the hotel. The resort has excellent facilities so inside you have plenty to do and you most likely wouldn't even need to leave the resort, however surrounding attractions are limited. Finally, although the food was great, trying to get to the buffet was chaotic and stressful, kids running around unattended everywhere, adults cutting in lines and pushing in front of people. Will be hard to fix, but some kind of enforced one way system would be really beneficial to eliminate this and perhaps asking parents not to let their children go to the buffet unattended. Overall, if the building block we were located in was modernised and some kind of sound proofing was applied to the rooms this would be a much higher rating. A bonus would be if the gym extended the opening hours earlier in the morning and later in the evening and the dining experience was made less stressful.
