Selectum Luxury Resort

I was there with my father und little brother in August. I really liked the hotel, the food and the staff/service. Ceyda and the other people from the animation department did a great job at making every evening fun and entertaining. Thank you for a wonderful holliday.

Great resort for family vacation! Great food selection around the clock, full of activities for adults and kids. It has a very nice water park within the hotel. Rooms are very good and clean (but can look way better if they chose other colors in my opinion). Main Swimming pool is massive, add to that another big pool in the family area. Over all experience was very good, i just hope they fix the AIr conditions in common areas in the hotel.

Personnel were so kind ,polit and handdle their deputy very good and perfect and also on time.one of very gio staff which i met her was Golbahar.her deal was so freindly

I recommend this hotel at 200% Probably, one of the best hotel experience I ever had. The most breath taking for me, was the quality of the shows, from the dancers, to the performanceS to the setup. It’s better than what I saw in Ibiza or some festivals in West europe. All the personnel is extremely nice, helpful professional and available from the barman to the cleaning ladies. We really feel that the hotel is above the classic standards, we feel the luxury approach. The food is very good and same for the choices of the liquors, it’s very focus around quality rather than quantity. The hotel is big but not too big, everything is at walkable distance The garcons will bring you anything you want anywhere. I really like the whats app group with the program and having the possibility to reach someone 24/7 Note to futur tourists : Give a nice little tip, will get you an even more exclusive and top notch service Improvement points : - Be little more clear on the day animation, like zumba and aquabike classes, unfortunately It got to my attention very late in my stay - The english level of some of the workers is rather low, surprisingly, most of the employees understand russian, may be offer some English training to the personnel - Guys, easy on the plastic straws, in the plastic protective paper, most of europe already forbid the use of throwable plastic, it would be very noble of you to lead the transition - the room can look little bit to much like an erotic movie set or the the manor of tony montana in the movie scarface, the rooms are a bit dark - The gym is so so close to the pool, thats its humid and hard to breathe down there, - The treatment in the spa was very nice, but they are very often trying to upsell you or ask to book another Massage, that was a bit annoying

We were extremely satisfied with the resort and its beautiful surroundings. Everything exceeded our expectations. This place is amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. Every single member of the staff was kind and carrying. Especially, the animation team and Aşkın. I honestly don't have one single complaint about this place. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!!

They are amazing I had a problem woh air conditioner and they respond too fast in summer winter spring autumn they sre always the best ?? Can’t found more better Thank u for always being with ur costumers ❤️

Very nice place with a luxury design and a wonderful garden. We were impressed by "El Primo steak house" restaurant - high quality food and very good service. I really recommend this hotel ✌️
