25 Mayıs 2021 tarihinde subasman inşaatı için hazır beton sipariş verdim. Mikseri söz verdikleri saatten yaklaşık iki buçuk saat sonra gönderdiler. Bu nedenle akşam geç saatlerde uğraşmak zorunda kaldık.
Kaba saba bir görevli geldi ve defalarca sulandırılmış dökmesi için uyarmamıza rağmen yarısına yoğun bir şekilde döküp diğer yarısına aşırı sulu döktü ve çekip gitti. Tesviye edebilmek için saatlerce uğraşmak zorunda kaldık.
Ayrıca C25 beton sipariş vermemize rağmen C20 beton göndermişler. Biz farketmesek ücreti de bu şekilde tahsil edecekler. Farkına varıp aradığımda size gelen aslında daha kaliteli beton gibi şeyler söylüyorlar. Kısacası aldığım hizmetten hiç memnun kalmadım.
I definitely do not recommend. Pay five cents more and do business with a decent corporate company.
On May 25, 2021, I ordered ready-mixed concrete for the construction of the basement. They sent the mixer about two and a half hours after the promised time. So we had to deal with it late in the evening.
A rude attendant came and although we warned him to pour it diluted many times, he poured it heavily on half of it, poured it too watery on the other half and left. We had to spend hours trying to level it.
In addition, although we ordered C25 concrete, they sent C20 concrete. If we do not notice, they will collect the fee in this way. When I realize and call, what comes to you is actually saying things like better quality concrete. In short, I was not satisfied with the service I received.
