Odalar ise yüksek beklentisi olanlara göre değil düzenli ve temiz. There are brochures and maps for places to visit in Konya, where the lobby is organized in consultation with conscious teachers. Students are friendly and courteous. The rooms are neat and clean, not for those with high expectations.

Dedikleri sizin odanızı başkasına verdik o müşterimiz 1 ay kalacakmış ondan size sormadan iptal ettik dedi. Dedim ana sormadan neden iptal ediyorsunuz. Cevap kusura bakmayın. Rezil ir hareket malesef. Yönetim olarak herhalde öğrenciler ilgileniyor. Bu kadar kötü yönetilir. I booked 4 months in advance for a deluxe suite room. I said I'll call you just in case. They said we gave your room to someone else, that customer will stay for 1 month, he said, we canceled it without asking you. I said why are you canceling without asking the main. Do not hesitate to answer. A disgraceful move, unfortunately. As an administration, students are probably interested. It is so poorly managed.

Staff are very good. The interest is very good, they give you the warmth of being as if you have been staying there for a long time. I can't say the same for the hotel, the hotel is neglected. The bed is clean, but the colored pillows on it have a heavy smell like dirty. Rooms and beds are a bit small. Good breakfast saves the day.
