"LG televizyon konusunda iyidir" diyenlere kanarak 2,5 yıl önce televizyon aldım. o da daha 2. yılında mavimsi morumsu göstermeye başladı. Servis direk 1250 ₺ tamir ücreti istedi. Gidin süper marketlerden alın ucuz televizyonları daha iyi onlarında 2 yıl garantisi var. 2.5 yılda lg tv bozulacaksa niye veriyoruz dünya kadar para?? müşteri hizmetleride cihazınızın garantisi bitmiş demekten başka birşey diyemiyor. LG pişmanlıktır alma aldırma, sokakta ambalajı açılmamış ürününü görsem çevre kirliliğini önlemek için çöpe atarım USB bellek bile alınmaz bence onuda üretmeyi becerememişlerdir. ???
A company that only thinks about the money it will receive from the customer while selling products, is trying to give advice instead of producing defective goods and correcting their mistakes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LG tv yi aldım 1 yıl sonra ekranda arıza oldu garantiden yapıldı ve 6 ay sonra yine ekran arızası belirledi bukez ücretli olacağını söylediler. aynı ekran arızasını 2. kez tekrarlanması ve ücret talep edilmesi bana mantıklı gelmedi. TV al 3400 TL öde 26 ay sonra çöpe at mağdurlupumun giderilmesini bekliyorum

Bizim bilgisayar ekranı vardır. Ekranın 24 aylık garantısı vardır ve biz ancak 7 ay kullandık. Ekranda bir sorun çıktı. Müşteri temsilcinizi aradık. Muayene için gelen elemanınız ekranın vurulduğunu belirtip arıza bizden kaynaklı olduğunu açıkladı. Zira ekranda böyle birşey gözükmüyor.
Buna ilaveten ekranı tamir etmek için 4900 tl masraf çıkacağı tarafımıza bildirildi. Bilindiği gibi ekranın yeni satış fiyatı 4300 tl’dir.
Buna istinaden şunu anladık ki sizin ürününüze de malınıza da güvenmediğinizi için ve tamir etmemek için tamir masrafını yüksek tutuyorsunuz. Bilerek de bunu yaptınız. Onun için biz sizi Rekabet kurumuna şikayet ediyoruz
