Adı sanı duyulmamış bir marka olsa anlarım, ama Kale gibi kaliteli sandığımız bir grubun inşaatı söz konusu olunca insan şaşırıyor haliyle. İşçilik ve kullanılan malzeme o kadar kötü ki, o kadar para alıyorsunuz hakkını verseydiniz keşke. Çerçeveler güneş yüzünden lekeli, kapı kolları devamlı çıkıyor, yer döşemelerinden herhangi bir izi silmek neredeyse imkansız, mutfakta kullanılan malzemenin franke marka olduğuna bakmayın 4.sınıf, ve böyle bir çok problem. Eve sorunları gidermek için gelen ustalar eve daha çok zarar verir düzgün olan bölümleri de deforme eder. Yani evdeki inşaat hiç bitmez ama hiç bir şey de düzelmez.. Saksının altı kapatılmamış ve yan tarafların pis balkon yıkama suyu bana, benimki de yanlara vuruyor. Mutfak lavabosu dar, fırın tepsisi gibi büyük bulaşıklar yıkanamıyor. İnsanların el kol ve hareket şekilleri asla düşünülmemiş. Evde kendimi en rahat banyoda hissediyorum. Banyo tasarım, ölçü olarak tutarlı LAKİN duşun dışında hiçbir gideri yok suyun buharla uçmasını bekliyoruz. Şu saçmalığa bakar mısınız. Binanın dışında sadece estetik kaygısı ön planda tutulmuş, bu sebeple balkonlar şekilsiz küçücük dar. Balkona benzemiyor yani. Mimarinin amacı estetiği faydaya, kullanışlılığa yansıtmaktır, faydayı estetiğe değil. Estetik, fayda sağlandıktan sonraki düşünme safhasıdır :) I speak as an interior designer. Apartments have absolutely unacceptable architectural errors. The simplest balconies are combined and a flower pot is placed together. The bottom of the pot is not covered and the dirty balcony washing water from the sides is hitting me and mine to the sides. The kitchen sink is narrow, large dishes such as baking trays cannot be washed. The way people move and handles has never been considered. I feel most comfortable at home in the bathroom. Bathroom design is consistent in size, LAKIN has no other drain than the shower and we expect the water to fly off with steam. Look at that nonsense. Outside of the building, only aesthetic concerns are prioritized, so the balconies are tiny and shapeless. It doesn't look like a balcony. The purpose of architecture is to reflect aesthetics to utility, not to aesthetics. Aesthetics is the phase of thinking after benefit is achieved :)
