★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been sent here by the hotel "doctor" to check on my daughter's ear pain. Without even looking at her they charged me 350 EUR, sent us to a local pharmacy with a prescription for 3 types of medicines without a single word on how to apply it and all the instructions in Turkish. This is disgusting how those people exploited the situation of a father carryung a crying child and has no means to defend himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing experience, the doctors are very competent, and Oktay (turkish to german translator at the hospital) is wonderful: he helped and supported me in every step, explained how everything goes, translates everything and walked with me during every step there..he answered his phone and helped even when he was not working! (late at night and sundays!) he translates and organises the whole thing, he tells you which step is next and goes with you , this guy keeps moving from one place to another to organise and keep the flow of the treatment going to get you the best treatment, i dont know what i could have done without him, really amazing guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I should say ! Actually all the time I had problems with insurance in here !!! But same insurance I don’t have any problems at another hospitals Same medical park and yaşam . But in anadolu I have problems, they gave all of money and you should wait for long time to back money if THEY CAN SEE YOUR INSURANCE!!!!!!! Long time for sick person and for sick person all the time here is very bad place . I never and never recommend here for foreign people!!!!! But they have good dr but rules are so bad for foreign! Otherwise I never Recommend here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience. Very experienced medical Staff. Language was no issue, since we were provided with a translator from the Hospital, Called "Oktay". Oktay was available for us 24/7 always when we needed him and he helped and adviced us so much . So we recommend this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit this Hospital for Abdominal pain. They find some stones in gallblader. We thank you very much for results. But what is not nice , they asked 650 euro for checking up, blood test . Then extra 250 euro for ctc scan, to confirm stones are in gallblader.
We tell them we have travel insurance but refused, because they not cooperation with UK travel insurance, nonsense. So, then later reduce the price in Total 350Euro. Be carefully, they asked always extra for anything. Try to agree , with lower price, which they generally accepted, which is good. But anyway , in another private Hospital for blood test charged 350 TL Turkey money which is around £20. Bytheway, when we come a home , then we claim travel insurance. This is our experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this hospital for a sleeve surgery and the service is awesome. Many tests are done prior to processing for the surgery which creates a sense if security. The personnel are really nice and courteous. I am so happy I came hère and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked for a private general checkup here and they were very disorganised and still haven’t sent us all the results!
They told my partner when doing the ultrasound that there was a lump they were concerned about and said she should do an MRI, she paid extra for this! The results were supposedly inconclusive and they said they would send the imaging results to us by email but they never did!! We’ve tried calling but they say they can’t send them now. Totally unacceptable!
And then the doctor said her lungs were a bit damaged but didn’t explain anything more, then when leaving we see he’s prescribed several medications even though she’s never had lung problems. All seems fraudulent!
