★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid 19 our holiday with Tui was cancelled so I tried to cancel our taxi service with this company on many occasions and get our £26 returned.
I have sent 3 emails
I have sent 3 messages via their web site
I have used their live chat 3 times
I have sent 2 Facebook messages.
Absolutely no reply whatsoever on any occasion.
Complete and utter disregard for customer service.
Disgusting
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
THEY ARE JUST SHARKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most reliable and luxurious Transport in Antalya Airport. They are always on time, very helpful and friendly staff. Cars are in excellent condition, very luxurious, very well cleaned. Prices are very well studied: price to value ratio is excellent. The only issue we can raise is that drivers should learn the English language in order to facilitate the communication. A must use Taxi whenever in Antalya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so glad i used this firm than a random cab service. The motor was nice and the driver provided us all with cold bottled water upon arrival in Antalya. On the return journey to the airport somehow i left my phone in the vehicle. i rang the office over an hour later once i realised i didn't have it with me, the gentlemen was extremely helpful and very responsive. He confirmed they had the phone and arranged for it to be delivered to my specified location without fuss. I really appreciate the professionalism of this company and you can have all the confidence and peace of mind you're in good hands.
