★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle ürün almadan kesinlikle sözleşmenize bakınız. 20 bin tl ye mobilya aldığımız halde koltuk minderi üç günde çöktü. Şikayetimizi dile getirdiğimiz halde ilgilenmediler. Hizmetleri tamamen parayı alana kadar sonrasında malın peşine düşmüyorlar. Tavsiye etmiyorum aldığı parayıda helal etmiyorum.
First of all, definitely look at your contract without buying a product. Although we bought furniture for 20 thousand TL, the seat cushion collapsed in three days. Although we expressed our complaint, they were not interested. They don't go after the goods until their services get the money completely. I do not recommend, I do not halal about the money it receives.

Bir çok kez ürünlerini alıp kullanmış biri olarak gözüm kapalı güvenirim kuzey mobilya kalitesine. Hem üretimde hemde satış sonrası mallarının arkasında durup en ufak bir problemde hemen çözüm üretip kimseyi madur etmiyorlar. Üretimin her aşamasında bir aksilik olmasın diye alıcıya danışılması çok ayrı bir iş ahlakı diye düşünüyorum. Ev döşeyecek yeni çiftlere özellikle tavsiyemdir.

As someone who has bought and used their products many times, I trust the quality of Kuzey Furniture with my eyes closed. They stand behind their products both in production and after-sales, and they do not hurt anyone by finding a solution to the slightest problem. I think it is a very different business ethic to consult the buyer so that there is no setback at every stage of production. It is especially my recommendation for new couples who are going to furnish houses.
