There are trucks everywhere, such as a dust-dirt road or even a construction site road. We went and tried to pass our nerves by putting our feet in cold water on a small waterfall. :)

Biz Akçakoca’dan Bolu Yedigöller’e giderken Düzce’ye gelmeden Yedigöller’e arka taraftan gezerek gidelim diye orman içine girdik. İyi ki girmişiz. Harka bir yolculuk yaptık. Yedigöller’e gidene kadar da Mengen ve Saklıkent Şelalelerini gördük. Yedigöller’e arka taraftan giriş yaptık. Bu yolu vaktiniz varsa mutlaka aracınız ile sürün. Bir konuyu belirtmeden geçemeyeceğim. Artık tiksiniyorum bu zihniyetlerden. Bu güzelim doğa harikalarını görmeye gelenler, o anı yaşamaya gelenler yanlarında getirdiklerini götürmek yerine bu güzelim yerlere bırakarak gitmişler. Bunlar nasıl bir tür, nasıl bir canlı anlamak mümkün değil. Bunlara kesinlikle ne insan, ne de hayvan diyemiyorum. Bunlar farklı bir tür. Yığılca İlçesi Yağcılar Köyü'nde bulunan Saklıkent Şelalesi, Yedigöller yolu güzergâhında, Düzce’ye 45 kilometre, ilçe merkezine ise 5 kilometre mesafededir. Düzce'nin keşfedilmesi gereken doğal güzelliklerinden olan şelale, ‘‘Yığılca Saklıkent Şelalesi Peyzaj Projesi’’ ile gerekli çevre düzenlemeleri yapılarak bölgenin piknik ve mesire alanı olarak hareketlenmesi sağlanmıştır. Saklıkent Şelalesi, Yedigöller yolu güzergâhında Yığılca merkeze 5km mesafededir. Yeni keşfedilen doğa güzelliklerinden olan Saklıkent Şelalesi, trekking ve Foto-Safari yapmak için oldukça uygundur. Bölgede piknik-mesire alanı ve alabalık tesisi bulunmaktadır. Well known waterfall. You can go through the village. The path is extremely dusty. So powder like powder. But when you arrive at the waterfall, the environment changes. On the way from Akçakoca to Bolu Yedigöller, we entered the forest so that we could go to Yedigöller from the back side before coming to Düzce. Good thing we entered. We took a trip to Harka. We saw Mengen and Saklıkent Waterfalls until we went to Yedigöller. We entered Yedigöller from the back. If you have time, drive this road with your vehicle. I cannot pass without stating a subject. Now I loathe these mentalities. Those who came to see these beautiful natural wonders, those who came to experience that moment, left these beautiful places instead of taking what they brought with them. It is not possible to understand what kind of species they are, what kind of a creature. I cannot call these absolutely neither humans nor animals. These are a different kind. Saklıkent Waterfall, located in Yağcılar Village of Yığılca District, is 45 kilometers from Düzce and 5 kilometers from the district center on the route of Yedigöller road. The waterfall, which is one of the natural beauties of Düzce, has been made with the "Yığılca Saklıkent Waterfall Landscape Project" and the necessary landscaping has been made and the region has been activated as a picnic and recreation area. Saklıkent Waterfall is 5 km away from Yığılca center on the route of Yedigöller road. Saklıkent Waterfall, one of the newly discovered natural beauties, is very suitable for trekking and Photo-Safari. There is a picnic-recreation area and a trout facility in the region.

It's not very hard to get to by car, but it is quite far from the highway. When you arrive at the place you immediately hear this loud humbling sound of water crashing onto rocks, and then as you are walking towards the sound you witness the great Saklıkent waterfall. The views are totally mesmerizing, and if you time your trip right, you could have the place all to yourself. A must see if you're near.
