A-B ve C bloklar olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşan Kültür Merkezinde 2 adet kurs odası, 1 adet sergi salonu, 1 adet fotoğraf atölyesi, 1 adet 226 kişilik çok amaçlı salon ve fuayesi ile 536 kişilik tiyatro salonu ve fuayesi, 1 adet müzik çalışma odası, 1 adet bale salonu ve sanatçı soyunma odaları ile idari bölümlerle ses ve ışık sistemleri bulunmaktadır.
Kültür Merkezinde tiyatro oyunları sahnelenmekte, konser programları icra edilmekte, T.H.M. ve T.S.M korolarınca çalışmalar yapılmakta, genel kurullar ve toplantılar yapılmakta, kurslar ve sergiler açılmakta, halk oyunları çalışmaları yapılmakta, şiir etkinlikleri ile Kayseri vefa ve anma geceleri gibi bir çok etkinlik gerçekleştirilmektedir.
