★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnternet üzerinden 4 günlük araç kiralama işlemini gerçekleştirdim ve kredi kartımdan 4 günlük bedel olan 1064 TL tahsil edildi. Rezervasyon saatinden bir saat önce ilgili yeri kendim arayıp aracı teyit etmek istedim. Yetkili kişi rezervasyonu görüntülediğini bildirdi ve araç kiralamaya uygun olup olmadığımı anlamak icin kredi notumu telefonda sorgulamak istedi. Ben de gerekli bilgileri yetkili kişiye sağlayarak kredi notumun sorgulanmasına yardımcı oldum. Notum 1320 civari çıktığı için arac kiralamaya uygun olmadığımı bildirdiler. Kredi notu limitleri 1500 müs. Daha önce avis budget rent go gibi firmalardan arac kiralamama ragmen bu firma arac vermedi. Burada sorun arac vermemeleri degil, bu durumu ben aradigimda ogrenmis olmamdir. Eğer ben aramasaydim 1 saatlik yolu bosu bosunua gitmiş olacaktim. Firma fazlaca ilgisiz ve sorumsuz davranmıştır.
I made a 4-day car rental transaction over the internet and my credit card was charged for 4 days worth of 1064 TL. Então paguei 15 euros a um táxi para me laevar lá porque eram 18 km do meu hotel.
Quando lá cheguei disseram de imediato que não tinham nenhum carro disponivel para mim de nenhuma categoria e que teria de voltar a pé e ainda mais estavam 40 graus na rua.
UMA VERGONHA ESTA EMPRESA.
Ainda mais o endereço não está correcto e o número de telefone no site que aluguei o carro é falso também.
Pior rent a car que já vi na vida e não foram assim tão poucos
Hello after making and paying the reservation at rentalcars.com when the time came I went to get the car.
So I paid 15 euros for a taxi to take me there because it was 18 km from my hotel.
When I got there they said immediately that they had no car available to me in any category and that I would have to walk back and even more it was 40 degrees on the street.
A SHAME ON THIS COMPANY.
Furthermore, the address is not correct and the phone number on the website where I rented the car is also fake.
