in general - i had a great experience there. the biggest problem and the reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 - they don't offer water for tourists that arrive to the hotel. Receptionists were very nice and polite, but they said we have to wait few hours to get a water or I should pay for the whole breakfast in order to get it. It is insane. It never happened to me in any other hotel. I think it's my basic rights. I didn't drink for the whole flight and I was very thirsty.

This place is lovely. Very romantic, modern and clean rooms,wonderful amenities, and fantastic service. I would stay again and again.

Very nice hotel! We’ve got real pleasure staying there. Special thanks to the restaurant captain Ismail and his son! For hospitality, perfect service, friendliness and sense of humor! It’s easy to enjoy vacation when you meet such people)

At first glance, the hotel seems good, but we had a clogged sink and shower (although the room was cleaned, but no one reported the problem to the technicians). No WiFi in our bedroom. We had the following situation: at 12.00 we had to leave the room, departure from the hotel was scheduled for 22.15. At check-in, the hotel guide told us that after leaving the room we would be able to have lunch and dinner for free, but when we moved out we were told that the hotel had changed the concept and now lunch and dinner are paid. We were not notified in advance. I do not recommend this hotel! I have friends from travel companies in Lviv and Kyiv, I will say them to advise their customers to stay away from this hotel, although they did not recommend it for me

Wuderfull a hotel..everything excellent..i ll go back.... İ can say that..everybody must stay here..nice a beach and fresh..rooms

Location was great, around 20 mins walk to city centre, unfortunately the pool was out of service due to ongoing works but overall Fantastic service with warm welcome.

There was ants ALL over the floor and everywhere, and clogged sink and shower. Sheets were NOT cleaned from the prev guest, and there was kids puking in the pool, and very loud throughout the nite, other than that it was okay..
