I wouldn't give any stars if i could but i must give at least one. We booked a room from this hotel 1 month before we arrived and got confirmation on their booking. But when we arrived at the hotel the lady (i'm calling her lady out of politeness) said they don't have a reservation or any available rooms. She couldn't speak English at all and she was most unhelpful receptionist i've ever met. They declined the confirmation mail and claimed that they didn't have that information. We didn't push our luck and left the hotel just to see that intwo hours they changed our resetvation to 2 months later without approval. We wrote to the website to get our money back but we can't find anyone who can answer... Terrible experience. Worst hotel staff ever.

I really don't know why people would give it 5 stars. For more than 160 tl a night you would expect at least a decent room. But the room was awful. Stains everywhere. The wooden floor was half broken. And there was no elevator. And the service, what can I say. Just make sure you stay away from this hotel.

The worst inn and not hotel in the world I had ever seen. Personnel very impolite and rude. Very dirty room. No elevator. No safety . Door, window, shelf... all were broken. Spider and small insects and bedbugs all over the room. Pelow and bed linen were very dirty. Even I asked them to change them but with very bad manner they faught with me and did not change them. No star for this motel and inn . Not recommnded to any human being in this world.

There's no hot water and hotel rooms are very basic. If you're only spending the night it's fine to save a couple of bucks but if you want to be comfortable this is not the place. The family is always in the lobby using all the sofas as beds to watch TV, there's no space for guests since they kick you out. No internet in rooms.

Overall, the place is really good. It is close to the old city, there are many cafes and shops within walking distance. The tram stops right near the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable to live. The only suggestion I can make is for staff to learn a couple of simple English phrases to make communication easier. They are cool and friendly. For this price, I am satisfied

Pros: Friendly staff and great location is the only reason we give 2 stars. Also the area is quiet if you would like to have a good night sleep. You can leave your luggage for free, but not in a locked safe room. Cons: We paid 22£ for a night and they still charged us 20tl for the air con. This wasn't mentioned in the booking. The bathroom didn't have any soaps or shampoos. The WiFi on floor 3 was not working. I connected to the floor 4 but the signal was poor. The balcony door needs a fix. It wasn't closing properly. As you can see in the picture one of the linen was cut.

The place is dirty the reception lady is very rude. When ever we went to ask something she doesn't understand but it's coz of language barriers but if we try to show her what we want through Google translate then she will be like stay away don't come near as if we are bandits or beggars staying for free ... the room was smelling cigarettes and ashtrays full of cigarettes under bed and on balcony... bed sheet was yellowish and blanket smell like cigarettes....if there was -1 star i should give it -1.

No internet, in the morning lack of running water. Service doesn't speak English, mostly sleeping, very unhelpful. Hotel staff doesn't care about their clients, they promised to fix the internet the next day and did nothing about it.
