Paloma Finesse Side

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week and everything was perfect. It is very clean and they have thought of everything that you might need. You feel like home. Our room was cleaned in detail every day. Special thanks to Ms Buket and the team of housekeeping department. They have many options during the days, the beach, pools and the aquapark, which the kids loved. They feed you 24/7 and keep drinks coning. Thanks to all the cooks and chefs. Also thanks to the F&B team who asks you all the time if you need a drink. With Covid 19 you can trust them and choose them for all your vacation needs. Highly recommended and we’ll be back.

My most favorite part of the hotel is the aqua park which is very fun with tons of slides. The room its self is very good, the bed is very comfy. Also the hotel is very clean. Special thanks to Emine who cleans our room. The pool is also very good, very fun. The beach is also very fun and you can lay down if you want. Also they give you towels as long as you give a towel card. Also the service is very good. In the med kitchen Mohammed is a good server. There is also a free WiFi. I will come back next year.

Clean, fresh and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are so big and well designed. The facility has not been built like a multi-storey hotel but every block has two flats which makes it look much fascinating. Foods are really good. Especially Med-kitchen, which is a free ala-carte restaurant, has delicious meals from Mediterrenian cousine. The main restaurant is also OK. Staff is so helpful, hardworking and it is clear that they are well-trained. However number of staff can be improved as there are some congestion in rush hours, especally in the main restaurant and at the beach. Night activities include some shows at the theatre along with live music shows and DJ performance at the beach. However don’t expect a full activity all the time. This makes it a good place to have a vacation in peace and have rest. Finally, special thanks to Kathryn (from guest relations), Tunahan (the fitness trainer), Muzaffer, Ozan and all Med-kitchen staff.

SUPER UNFRIENDLY staff…its an “ultra” all inclusive hotel, but you have to pay for sunbeds at the pool and certain drinks…. offer of drinks and food is really zero and every day the same food…and most of the drinks are just not available. it is an overrated hotel that just looks good….way to expensive for the provided service… I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Honestly best hotel ever! We visited more hotel over the world and the services and crew of Finesse was awesome! (the best) Food was awesome, alcoholic drink on pool bar also. Thank you Kalender for your fast services, Kalender know what guests wants before I ask him about it , really nice guy! Also guy (dont know his name) in the beach bar remember our favorite drink what we ordered in our first day of our visit and bring it to us last day of our vacation! Really nice hotel, best in Turkey, we will go back for sure! Thank you guys once more also thank you to Ozgur! Beach, services, restaurants, alcoholic drinks, snack and waterpark everythink awesome!

One of the best Paloma hotels ever! Mehmet can demirel was our waiter at Med kitchen and was very friendly and had good attention to detail! Also Enes Dogan was the chef at Med kitchen and the food was perfect. This hotel it definitely a 5 star!

So I want to leave my review about this place. Very modern and beautiful hotel, convenient access to the sea, very great rooms. But…. If you want to come here with children up to three years old get ready to listen very loud music until 11-12 pm. Not only will your children have difficulty falling asleep but so you will. Also, there isn’t ATM or exchange, so exchange the money for small ones in advance or withdraw from ATM at the airport, so that later you don’t run around neighboring hotels and look for the money and ATM. Also, sometimes you have to ask the stuff to clean up your room on their own, because apparently they are too proud to follow the basic rules of guest service and clean the room every day. During the week of my stay, my room was cleaned only three times, two of which I asked to do, since no one was going to do it without my request
