Korkmazin Istanbul Hill Town subesinden aldigimiz caykolik urunumuz de, teknik sorun olmasi uzerine satin aldigimiz magzayla gorusmeye gectik. Mağza uygun surelerde basvuru yaptigimizi, mesafeden dolayi magdur olmamiz icin bizleri Antalya Mall of subesine yonlendirdi. Sube de calisan Cebir bey bizi karsiladi ve elini urune bile surmeden, nezaketsiz bi tavirla yardimci olmayacagini servise goturmemiz gerektigini soyledi. Bunun uzerine Hill Town subesi ile gorusturmemiz uzerine, diger sube mudurune siz isi bilmiyorsunuz almiyirum urunu alsin gotursunler servise dedikten sonra bize servisi tarif etmeye basladi. Servis nerede diye sordugumuz da ise muratpasa cami tarafinda bi yerde diye cevap vermesi, aklimizda olusturulan Korkmaz markasina yakismayan, kurumsal imajini yerle bir edecek bir hizmetle karsilastik. Bu yuzden 1 yildiz bu yuzden bu subeyi tavsiye etmiyorum.
ATTENTION TO THIS BRANCH !!!
Our caykolik product, which we bought from Korkmazin Istanbul Hill Town branch, went to meet with the store we bought for technical problems. He directed us to the Antalya Mall of branch in order to be the victim because of the distance, that we made an application at suitably convenient times. Mr. Cebir, who worked at the branch, welcomed us and said that we had to bring him to the service that he would not be able to help with an unkind attitude without even taking his hand on the product. Upon seeing this with the Hill Town branch, the other branch manager started to describe the service to us after saying that you get the product. When we ask where the service is, the answer is that the place is on the side of the muratpasa mosque, and it is a service that does not suit the Korkmaz brand created in our mind and will destroy its corporate image. Therefore, I do not recommend this branch for 1 star.

The quality is good... However, it is a big problem that the barcodes of the products you buy are read by the cashier. Please buy a barcode reader with Wi-fi support... Let the seller and the buyer not suffer....
