 Congratulations, don't take it to KVK technical service because it's guaranteed, the phone's battery is swollen, the back cover is cracked, the service demanded 562.5 liras money just to change the back cover, they can't look at the fault without changing the cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cihazımı 2 kere garantiye gönderdim KVK ya aynı sorunlar devam etti ve en son cihazımı gönderdiğim de ana kart deyisecek dediler açtıklarında temiz kapatmamislar içinde kamerada pislik bırakmışlar ve telefonun dışında darbe izleri vardı
I sent my device for warranty 2 times to KVK, the same problems continued and when I sent my last device, they said it will change the main board.

We sent the oppo reno 4 lite device for a paid screen replacement, unfortunately, the screen changed when we first came, but the speaker was broken, I sent it again, the second time it was sent without the back cover glued, it is unbelievable and I paid the shipping fee every time, I recommend you to do your job like a man.
