We said food, it's been 25 minutes. When I asked if there was pizza, we could bring it from the side, we didn't accept it so it wouldn't take long. Even while I was writing the comment, my food didn't arrive.

I asked for a knife from the waiter friends 6 times separately. There were 8 of us on the table. 1 breakfast knife came. We asked for bread, we were asked if you would like to eat the bread.

The breakfast is extremely bad, the breads are dull, you can't even make eye contact with the staff to ask for something. Come on, you probably said what you wanted, you need to say it 3 more times for it to come. Worst breakfast and business we've had in Ankara.

Çok gelesiniz varsa başka bir Kocatepe'yi deneyin. Ortam güzel ama işletme saçma sapan ellerde. Waiters are ridiculous. Teas go hand in hand. In fact, the waiter is far from making eye contact. They were taken here, I guess. Not to work. If you come a lot, try another Kocatepe. The environment is nice but the business is in ridiculous hands.

E	Ergün Kılınç on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 06.03.2022 tarihinde arkadaşlar ile birlikte Ankara Antares şubesine gittik.Garsonlar bizi duman altı bir yere yer yok diye oturtdular.Bizde yer boşalınca bize ayırın dedik bir kaç yer boşaldı yaklaşık bir saat bekledik sürekli kendi tanıdıklarını oralara geçirdiler.Bize neden sıra gelmedi diye sorduğumuzda kendini bilmez hadsiz garsonlar tarafından size daha sıra gelmedi dediler.1 yıldız bile haketmiyor yazıklar olsun. Kocatepe Türkiye'nin birçok yerinde olduğunu biliyorum ve gittimde ama İlk kez böyle bir muameleye maruz kaldık.Firma yetkililerinin bu şubeyi denetlemesi gerekiyor. On 06.03.2022, we went to the Ankara Antares branch with our friends. The waiters made us sit down because there was no place under the smoke. When the place was empty, we said to reserve it for us, a few places were empty, we waited for about an hour. They kept their own acquaintances there. They said it's not your turn yet by the ignorant waiters. Shame it doesn't even deserve 1 star. I know that Kocatepe is in many parts of Turkey and when I went, it was the first time we were treated like this. Company officials need to inspect this branch.
D	Deniz Kadıoğlu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara’da gittiğim en kötü Kocatepe idi. Sigara içmiyoruz içeri oturalım sıcak olur dedik dedik. Buz gibi ortamda montlarımızla kahvaltı yaptık. Ekmekler soğuk, menemen soğuk servis edildi. Keşke şubeler denetlense, kaliteleri aynı olsa… Bir daha asla gitmem. Bu şubenin işletmecisine diğer kocatepe şubelerini ziyaret etmesini tavsiye edebilirim. Kocatepe was the worst I went to in Ankara. We said we don't smoke, let's sit inside, it would be hot. We had breakfast with our coats in the freezing cold environment. Bread was served cold, menemen served cold. I wish the branches were inspected and their quality was the same... I will never go again. I can recommend the operator of this branch to visit other Kocatepe branches.
